It’s jack! His head was full of seeds, and we ate them.

Recipe for delicious pumpkin seeds.

  1. Carve a jack-o-lantern
  2. Rinse, clean, and drain the pumpkin seeds
  3. Boil seeds in water for 4 minutes (about 7 cups of water for two cups of seeds, and a a tsp or so of salt)
  4. Spread olive oil on parchment
  5. Put one layer of pumpkin seeds on parchment
  6. Sprinkle generously…Old Bay Seasoning, Cajun, garlic powder, celery salt, or whatever you want
  7. Cook for 15-20 min at 400°F or till golden brown

Yum!!
